Anything is possible-even if you have FAI & labral tear in your hip! Finished my first 70.3 at Half Ironman Wisconsin & my hip didn’t bother me at all. PHYSIO works-I’m diligent with my hip maintenance routine, I train smart, & I’m no longer afraid of the words “FAI/labral tear”.
