I listened to a really inspirational podcast today with @alexdanson15 being interviewed by @simonmundie titled ‘No Regrets’. Alex’s story is incredible and the approach she took in her recovery from a brain injury really got me thinking… it’s time to re-evaluate some goals as I am now super inspired to make sure I give mine everything I have got so I also have, like Alex, no regrets 🙏🏼🙏🏼
