britishchikfitnessWell TGIF, because that sucked! 😏But you know what, I still smiling because something is better than nothing. 😁I planned to do 7 miles and only got 1.5 before having to quit. 🏃🏼♀️🚫My tummy had other ideas today… 🤢I should have known as I did not feel well when I went out. You know what though, I will get after it later today and all will be good.👍🏻As I tell my daughter each time we workout out (she just starting her journey), it’s not always how much you do, how far you went or how much you lift, but more so that you just show up and that you keep showing up day after day after day. 🙌🏻Fitness is a sum of ALL parts, even the sucky parts. 🏋🏼♂️🏃🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️👍🏻❤️
